The kitchen is advised by one of our partners, two Michelin star chef Anthony Genovese, who selected Chef Andrea Massari as resident chef. Chef Massari arrives in Largo Angelicum after a long experience at Pagliaccio and other restaurants, not only Italian.

Dishes designed and conceived by four hands, then, by two chefs with different experiences that unite and combine to give birth to a new concept, a kitchen without boundaries based in Rome.

The best Italian produce and Asian preparation techniques accompany the minds of those who visit our stunning location in central Rome in journeys to Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Korea and Malaysia.
